semi transparent panel

how can I create a semi-transparent panel?
there are some examples?

Set the Alpha-Value of the panel to something like 150. Color set to 128,128,128 (grey) works good. You can experiment with different values to get the desired effect.

Device controls do not support transparency. You will need to fake a control and draw it yourself.
