Android Question Send SMS as PDU

Is that possible to send SMS as RAW - as PDU ? I know hot to build PDU to send multipart SMS, but I don't know how to send RAW PDU ... is that possible in B4A ? or not ?

I need it because I need SMS Delivery report for multipart messages, that I can do as PDU

There is no public API for sending raw messages.
