I built a B4J notification server, it works very well, now I need to add another feature to this server for sending SMS to clients, has anyone worked with any paid or free SMS API?

i don´t know any FREE Service.

For paid ones you need to ask google about such providers.
Some of them offer a REST-Api to do the call.
Check the possibilities before buying a subscription.
