Android Question sending and receiving UDP packets - in the background

I have problem
my application sends and receives udp packets. I would like it to work in the background.
I looked at examples "MyLocation" . Unfortunately I can't understand . Can you guide me ?

You need to do a similar thing. Run the example and try to understand it. If you have any question about that example then post it.
