Android Question Sending App to friend

Hi im vb.net Devolper and im new to b4a i want to send my App(Debug) to a friend phone how i can do that?
like for example in vb.net there is a file called Debug and you can send it to someone but i dont know how to send an app to another android device without the phone being plugged.

Why send a debug app? Compile in release mode. You will find the APK inside the Objects folder.

The debug app cannot be run unless it is connected to the IDE.
