Android Question Serial Port

Hi Everyone, where can I find the "SerialPort" Library? I have looked everywhere but fail to find it.

I want to use it to access the TTYS1 port on a Total Station where the Android device forms part of the Total Station. This is so that the Survey Program (Ceaser) can work on the TS.
