Apparently it is a problem in the hosting company infrastructure: https://status.liquidweb.com/

We will need to wait for a resolution.

It is an Apache server. The forum is PHP based (I didn't write it).

There are about 6 B4J servers running, on the same server as well, for all kinds of tasks.
