I assume that you are trying this from the desktop browser, right?

I mean I log in to the server with RDP / mstsc and start Firefox there.

I recommend you to start as simple as possible and run it locally. If 127.0.0.1:<port> is not accessible then the server was not started properly. Make sure that there are no error messages in the IDE logs.

I had to restart the server, now it seems to work. Sorry for posting before trying all the possible actions.

Who is talking to me here?

From the mobile device I get no reply, just an error message after timeout.
