In my custom player I achieved what I wanted through mp.SetVolume (1.0, 0.75) its work fine even in TWS. But I do not have access to the volume balance of other players, YouTube, VK. For a wired headset, the mixer_paths.xml editing method in /system/vendor/etc works, but this does not affect the bluetooth tws headset.
