Set Version in B4A

Can you set what versions of Android can run your app?

Applications created with Basic4android support Android 1.6 or above. That is unless you are using a library which explicitly says otherwise.

I thought only versions 2.1 and above supported Voice recognition and Text to speech.

As far as I remember they are supported by Android 1.6.
