Bug? Settings Form.setowner hangs form menus'

Hi

I don't know if this is a bug or incorrect behavior. If you set the forms owner to itself, run your app, then click File on your menubar(assume the form has a menu bar etc), the form hangs and under windows you get not responding in the window title.

Just thought I would share this
