Telegram also provide a direct API, unlike WhatsApp and other closed messaging systems. See if that will work for your use case.

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience about, can you please bring here an example of the api?

Thank you, but I have used the example, it just opens share with window ... I need to go to Telegram directly and choose a user in order to send an image file.

You can only achieve it with the REST API. Not with an intent.

Using telegram on a php server is far easy (i just tried to implement telegram into a website of me)

After successfully setup the api with composer i just need to use

PHP:

  $bot = new \TelegramBot\Api\Client('botid:bottoken');
  $bot->sendMessage('idofuser', 'Hallo :-)');

to send a message to a specific client...

Not as easy as i needed to write wrappers first
but it is working on android and b4j too

Is it possible to make an unofficial version of Telegram through this way? I mean by using web services?

The webservice is working in my php-based-website.
But you are answering about my next post. The B4A and B4J version.

B4A/B4J is using a library-wrapper i wrote yesterday.
You can NOT make an unofficial version of telegram out of it.

You need to make a BOT if you want to do automatic telegrams. And the bot is sending the messages then. NOT YOU.
It is NOT possible with the SDK to send Telegrams on your behalf.
Only from a BOT.
