Android Question Shortcut...

Hi guys,
Whenever I download and install a new app from Android it produces a "shortcut" on my homescreen from where I can start the app.

Can we make this in B4A for our own apps ?

But I don't figure out how my own created app should be able to create a shortcut.
I just don't get it!

ie Its an option of the launcher you are using. As a user, I personally have this feature of my launcher turned off.
