Wish Show warning when there are updates for used libraries

I often get bug reports of bugs that were fixed a long time ago, which leads me to the conclusion that not everyone checks if there are new updates for used libraries.
An IDE warning would certainly help, so you don't have to go to the libraries tab and manually check if any library has an update.

Just a note in the log window, at IDE launch, would be helpful. "You have 7 libraries that can be updated. More info in the library tab."
