Android Question Silent Update?

hi

i have an app running on several devices (company app). it is not available in the store it is installed directly on the device. is it possible to perform an auto update if a new update is available? without having the user to do anything.

the app is always running in forground.

Of course not. It is a security measure.
Same as the permissions dialog.

except for google. the google app is updating apps even if my phone is locked. but i believe this option is not open for developers.

They are probably Google Play or OS preinstalled apps.
