Android Question Slow compiling

I am new to B4A and I am having a hard time getting started.
This program works at home but not at work.

It does not matter what program I am tring to compile.

Unfortunately you don't give enough information.
What kind of project ?
What have you done ?
Do you use an emulator or a real device ?
If yes, how do you connect it it, via USB or B4A-Bridge ?
Do you get ans error ?
Could you post your project as a zip file ?
IDE menu File / Export As Zip.

String testing.

I am just trying to run this sample string program.

I have tried an emulator, I bridge to a SS tab3.

No ERRORs

The project works OK with a normal compiling speed.
You should use a real device !
The emulator is awfully slow.
It seems that the Genymotion emulator is faster, I haven't tried it.

I will try the Genymotion emulator.

The real device is even slower compiling.

Make sure that there aren't any large files in the Files folder by mistake.

It seems like I only have this problem on my work PC.

Right now everything is working.

It might be the anti virus fault. Try to exclude the project folder from the anti virus.
