Android Question Slow loading google maps

I have a problem that is quite annoying with google maps, the layers load too slow and sometimes they do not load, when they are in movement they never load, it is not problem of connection to internet, I have already checked it.

The map loading is handled by Google SDK. I never encountered such issues with Google Maps. Maybe there is a network problem.

Check the network connection and there is no problem, for me it is also strange, but I'll keep trying to see if I can find more, thanks.

Can it be dues to the new policies from Google Map API ????......
(API key without credit card number will no longer works)
