Hello everyone... since I didn't know exactly where to put this... I decided to just leave it as it is. The project is not yet complete, so perhaps it doesn't belong in my creations...
Since I have always been enthusiastic about MIDI, I came up with the idea of a MIDI player that would be customized to my needs. There are already many applications available, but my desire to have my own product led me to do some research and work on this project, more as a hobby. The result is a product that I am very happy with, even though it is not yet finished... but it is already something to show.
The Javax Midi Lib library and an example from stevel05 were used for testing. Thank you for this example, which also encouraged me to really get started on the project.
Once again, the power of B4X has been proven.
The controls were made according to my wishes and are an additional library. For now, there are three, depending on my needs: VUmeter, knob, and slider. All controls can be highly customized.
Attached is a video of the test app, unfortunately in poor quality... but the purpose is to show how powerful the B4J tool is.
Some corrections and changes are still needed on the control panels, but we will resolve that as well.
