Is possible to decrease the height of the B4xSwitch (right) to made it smaller, like the left image?

Yes. Is the native switch from ViewEx library.
But I want to change to B4xSwitch and made it smaller.

It is possible to change it however you like but you will need to modify the source code of B4XSwith (shouldn't be too difficult). Unzip XUI Views.b4xlib to find the code.
