Wish Smart String Literal support on external files

Smart String Literal support on external files.
Smart String Literal is extreme useful, but is a compiler time feature.
For example I want to make a html template with smartstrings inside I need to put the html code on my project.
If I try to load from file the Smart String Literals no work. Just show like a text.

load text file with smart string literal inside and work, at the moments that's not work.
