Bug? [SMM] [B4X] SMM does not seem to cache image

I am using Simple Media Manager to mange images. All seemed to be working fine, however, it seems as if everytime the app is run the images are downloaded again rather than using the images downloaded on the previous run.

Does SMM only cache whilst the app is running or will it cache between runs?
