I upgraded Arduino to version 1.8.9 and found that Arduino nano fails to upload the sketch, after having the same problem with B4R.
I googled and found that using the old ATMega328 bootloader solves the problem, in Arduino and B4R.
Maybe a note somewhere will save time for others, I did not find any in the forum.
