Refer to this, It will better, If have the Reverse jsonlayouts to be Bal, bjl, and bil.

When you call the same command, it will check the last save date and do the conversion.

What is anything to do with the question and the video?
The jsonLayout tool is two way.
Means it can convert bal, bjl and bil to json and also convert json back to bal, bjl and bil.
