iOS Question SOLVED - B4i Configuration - User ID

I am just getting started with B4i for the first time. Following the tutorial, I go to Tools>Build Server> Server Settings. This opens a window where I need a User Id. There is a User Id already listed, although I do not recognize it. What is the source of this User Id? Does this come from AnyWhere Software when we purchase B4i, or does this come from Apple when we purchase a developer license? Possibly I received this User Id a couple months ago from one of these sources and set it up at that time and did not document it well. How do I know if I am using the right User ID? There are also Server IP and Server Port listed in this window, and I don't know if they are correct. They don't appear to be accessible for change in any case. Please help me understand these settings better. Thank you.

It is normally sent by mail when you purchase the hosted Mac builder option

Thank you for purchasing our hosted Mac builder service.
Your user id is: xxxxxx

You should set it under Tools -> Build Server -> Server Settings.
Make sure to check the "Use Hosted Builder" option.
This user id should only be used by a single developer.
