Android Question [SOLVED] - Custom Listview - Lost Focus ?

Hello All

I think customer list view is amazing and I want to use it for a navigation menu, I have seen other menus but that do not fit my purpose. The only issue I have is trapping the focus of the CLV.

Eg. user pops up the menu, does not select anything, but clicks on another part the of the app.

Does anyone know how to trap this ?
