Android Question [SOLVED] Default (and/or last) project folder

With the newest versions of the IDEs, when you create a new project I saw in the B4XPages video tutorial that you have a default project folder:

it is always empty for me; just my usual bad luck? ?

Solved (I think); I have to start the IDE with administrator privileges.

I have yet to find out why I, the unique user-administrator of this Windows, sometimes seems like I don't have these privileges ?
