Thanks for your reply, but I read the tutorial and posts about TabStripViewPager, before create this new thread, and don't found nothing about setting height and width in runtime (because the component don't have this properties).
If you saw an answer to my question, I'll be glad if give me the direct link.

It is not possible. You can create a layout with TabStripViewPager anchored to all sides and load it at runtime to a panel with a specific size.
