Since SDK 30 isnt showing up in the old Google SDK manager, (since they havent supported it since SDK 25 or whichever it was).

I decided to blow out the entire android sdk folder and start over again using the new way, and tutorial on the main website here.

Downloading the two Zips, put them in the folder, and ran the SDK Manager inside B4A, it keeps crashing.

It wont let me select the text, so I figured I would just post a screenshot of the error instead:

You are using an old SDK Manager.
Make sure to use B4A 10.2 (and the SDK Manager shipped). Should be 3.70 or 3.71.
At least this version can be found in the forum.
And 3.70+ should be used with the SDK Provided in the two ZIPs i guess.

Ah.. thats what it was, I still had an older version of B4A installed. One thing I noticed is this SDK Manager is much more limited than the original Google version. It doesnt have a tree view, and it has no uninstall function.

Tip: unless you want to use the emulator, in most cases you never need to use the sdk manager at all. The additional components include everything needed.

Unless we need the newer SDK versions for newer Android/play store requirements?
