Android Question [SOLVED] Seekbar

Last week I downloaded an example using TTS. It was a simple utility demonstrating text to speech.
I loved the seekbars on the app but wonder how they made them.
In the designer the seekbars ar added as regular seekbars and in the manifest I can't find anything unusual.

This seekbar and combobox is from a very old android design - Android 2.3
