B4J Question [SOLVED] - Windows 11 - B4J UI wont run on a double click

Hello

I have just recently migrated all my B4X apps to a new windows 11 laptop. I have configured the JAVA_HOME (using Java 8) but my B4J UI app win run when I double click the .jar file. This all worked on my windows 10 machine. The app will obviously run from the IDE, some sort of witchcraft Erel is using


Any ideas ?

You should lanch with run_debug.bat to see the exception.

On my Win11 with Java 1.8.202:

Right click the jar, Open with -> Java(TM) Platform SE Binary

Are you compiling with Java 8 or Java 11?

Best to compile with Java 11 and build a standalone package.

It's a registry thing !
