I downloaded version 2.60.
I copied it to C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\B4A\Libraries
I reopen B4A but I still find version 2.59 What am I doing wrong?

Everything looks correct.
By the way.... if you have installed B4A 12.80 you should have Xui Views 2.60 with no additional download.
And it looks that you have 12.80

Simply that library was updated after the release of version 12.80 of B4A.
Click on the version number in bold, which is higher, and you will find where to download the update.

P.S. B4J version 10 already has B4XViews version 2.60

@Sabotto
I noticed that trying to download the Lib directly into the libraries folder didn't work for me.
I downloaded the new Xui Views B4XLIB on my desktop and then made a copy/paste into the libraries folder for both B4A and B4J.
In this way I got the overwrite message and then one more message to go on.
Now they are correctly updated.

I download the file to the desktop and then copy it to the libraries folder. And when I reopen B4A I see 2.59 and 2.60 is available. Meh. Among other things, I see that another post also highlighted the problem

Try to delete the lib from the folder and then copy the new one.

Resolved. I don't know why but by deleting the old and reinserting the new it works now. Whereas before I copied it over and chose to overwrite. Meh
