Android Question some devices

Hello Everyone, I wanna ask you :

when I make some app. on galaxy work but some devices does not work?

why ? and maybe app needs to something to able to work on all devices like HTC,LG,SONY,LENOVO....etc

You don't need to do anything special for your app to work on all devices.
