Android Question Sound Effects ??

i am searching for a sound effects library like adding echo or robot effect to a sound but i cant find anything.

is there any way to add sound effects to an audio file?

I did try one a few years ago, I think it was called SoundTouch, but required the NDK. It got too fiddly and I gave up. There was also a wrapper for BassFX I think, but that disappeared from the forum a while back. I haven't looked to see if there are any new ones available that may be easier to wrap. Also it may be worth checking the Android developers site, they may have released something new in the last couple of years as part of Android.
