Special characters (spanish accents)

Hello,
When I pass csv files from Windows PC to Android device, all spanish special characters are displayed in wrong format.
Exist an standard language protocol to transfer between diferent platforms?

Are you using Excel to create the CSV file? Excel doesn't handle correctly non-ASCII characters in CSV files.

You should use UTF8 and it should work correctly.
