Yikes, is that 22€ for one whole year, or 22€ per month for one year?!?!

Not that it matters: I'd be happy with either ? currently paying equivalent of 56€ per month here, for unlimited data at 100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up, plus a phone line with unlimited calls within Australia, with 4G wireless backup in case the cable gets taken out by eg bushfire or flood.

Here in Spain, if you go with some of the "big ones" (Telefonica, Orange, Vodafone...) you will pay that price...
If you want something cheaper, you have to go with the "little ones" (Jazztel, Yoigo, MasMovil, ...............) . Anyway, they depends and even they are part of the same big company group
