Spinner.SelectedItem problem

Dear all,

I am facing issues with spinner.selecteditem , I have to pass this value to URL..
I am converting this to string and send its giving error. also if i pass spinner.selecteditem then also facing issue. if i send some other string variable Httpjob working properly

pls find the below code for ref.

This is the URL being generated by appln. If you run the URL in browser it works.
param3 and param4 if we pass same info in some other string it takes, once if i convert to spinner.selected text or directly send same it is not working..
