Bug? Split Editor window does not show conditional code disabled

I noticed if I have a conditional symbol not defined, the code will not appear disabled in the secondary editor (split) window. This can lead to confusion because the user will think the code will be compiled. The code is disabled properly in the primary window though. See image.
