Bug? SQ-LITE Decimals ... SOLVED

Hi
when i upload to a sqllite db the decimals are lost some how ... i do not get it ..
I tried all kinds of sq-lite of Types for the column but it is always off ..
I am using

NumberFormat2(dist,1,4,4,False)

but some how it is always off

points jpg are correct in "error" column
dbpoints.jpg is off in column 4
any clue ?

i did not get the value as double and updated the sqllite as string

czm=cur3m.GetDouble("col3")
listzm.Add(czm)
