Is it possible to create an SSL tunnel in the local network with B4J ?

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to build a proxy?

No, I just want to initiate the setup of SLL tunnels on an existing server. After that, communication would naturally be a TCP, with a proxy server without any influence. Is that possible at all with B4J ?

You can create SSL connections with Network library. I never worked with SSL tunnels so cannot fully answer here.
