Android Question start activity

Can someone help?
android 9, need to start activity and bring to front from service, "StartActivity(main)" was working ok on android 7 and 8, but not on android9
any help would be appreciated!

StartActivity works in version 9 exactly as it worked before.

There are changes in Android 10+: android.jar / targetSdkVersion / minSdkVersion
