Start an event from dialog "OK" press

I am using a dialog input box to get user input. I am wondering if there is a way to execute event when the user clicks "OK" on the dialog box.

Similar to a button press event, but triggered by pressing "OK" on the input dialog box. Can't seem to find any language to accomplish that.
