Android Question startapp

i have couple of apps with admob, i wanna try something else

and i'm confused
i see we have: startapp108, startappinappplus, StartAppPlus, ... somebody is talking about 2014 version... which one is it? is it working or not
i see tutorials and libraries about startapp, but it's not helping me. is it just me and i should give up or am i missing something. thank you...
