Android Question Static SMS intent filter It does not work when the screen is locked with a password

I have used Static SMS intent filter as it described in Tutorial,Does not work when the screen is locked with a password, how to bypass it ?

The service should be started even if there is a lock screen. Are you monitoring the logs?
