Android Question Status bar color

Yes, you can, but the color is ignored on Android 3+ devices.
In the designer you can set that.

The Icon of the app you can set by accessing "Project" > "Choose Icon"
If you want to customize the Action bar more, use the StdActionBar Library.

When I said status bar, I meant the bar at the top that contains the battery and network provider name etc. Sorry for the any confusion.
