Can anyone help me how to run and have a sticky service Which the app cannot kill it.?

Thanks Erel but some times the services killed by the OS why?

The behavior depends on the device manufacturer and there is nothing really that you can do about it. Search the forum and you will find several threads about it.

Many devices don't allow apps to run too long in the background.
