Some of you may have noticed I do not frequent the forums as much as I dd.

Not sure what caused it, but I feel like Austin Powers and have lost my 'coding' mojo.

I have not written a single line of code in months, in fact I don't even miss it. (Maybe too many years writing code finally caught up to me lol)

I will still pop in now and again to clear unread posts etc.

>55 years but have not written anything significant for a few months now. I'm definitely slowing down but then I've written all the (mainly mapping) desktop programs and apps I need. Still very interested in the technical underpinnings of how things work though!

I have never written anything significant.
But i still have fun to do it from time to time. Using the tips from the community.

It happened to me several times, and at all ages. I alternated years of intense writing with other years of almost absolute break. Even now that for 7 years I have resumed coding sometimes for a week or two I do not write a line up to an inspiration that gives me back enthusiasm.

I know exactly what you mean... just been there myself...
Getting back to the forum is my first step, but I have still not coded a line if code since a few months...
I guess this is some kind of (code) writer's block
