iOS Question Store submission screenshots

Hi,

I'm in the process of submitting an app for review.
I've got an iPhone 4S I use for the development cycle, and have used the 3.5" screenshots from that to the app listing.
How do I get screenshots for 4.7", 5.5", 4" and iPad, I'm using B4i 2.00, the hosted macbuilder, and have an account with macincloud (to use Application loader)?
Also, there is a warning(!) against the language in the app details on itunes connect, its set to UK English, but I'm not sure what they want here?

Thanks for the tip JanPro, and thanks to iLan for the tool! Fantastic.
The UK warning has also now disappeared.

Have been careful to take out the status bar in the pics before using the tool (new apple guidelines)!
