iOS Question Subscription advice

My app is almost complete.
I have bumbled through all the Apple legal stuff (I think)
I have started creating the first subscription group and first subscription.

The more I search and read on the forum here the more confused I get and some of them are quite a few years old.

Is there a guide to the final steps of preparing my app for upload to the store, creating the space on the store, setting auto renew subscriptions.

Am I better to manage all this directly or use the likes of revenueCat. which of course becomes another expense.
Advantages to going either way.

Anyone willing to help? I will shout a few coffees :)

Do you make over 2,5k in sales per month with your apps? If no, then you have absolutely no costs and even save money because you don't need your own server to do the validation.

Yes I do with the android version and hope to with the iOS version. But looks like it's only 1% after that.
