It is a nice feature to have in an android app. A library allows its use in any B4A app, but in this case, it is done by direct loading of the view without a library. The events are also created and made use of. As I think, it is not a physical view that 'refreshes' or 'updates' the activity but rather an animation widget that lets the developer decide what to do with the
app during and after the refresh period is finished like updating the databases or changing the theme or the language maybe, or whatever.
