How do you want to copy the database to the device? Included in the installation?

You can use the Net library to download files with FTP.

Good evening OK,
c' is what I do
but my question is I make update of my data base on the hard drive of my PC I also make update of my data base on my device
how to synchronize them as one can synchronize for example the calendars with google and outlook

There is no automatic way to do it. You will need to create your own solution. You can for example create a column with the time of update for each record and then copy all recent records from the PC database to the device database and vice verse.
